Located in the heart of Downtown Edwards, Colorado at 105 Edwards Village Boulevard & US Interstate 70 Spur Road, the Edwards Village Center (EVC) offers a unique mix of retail, restaurants, and professional offices spread out over eight buildings in a “Village Center” setting.

Each building within the EVC is comprised of a various number of individually owned commercial condominiums, some of which are owner-occupied while others are leased by tenants from the owner.

Ownership in any of the eighty-four (84) commercial condominiums automatically grants membership with all rights, privileges, and obligations as set forth in governing documents controlling the affairs of the Association.
