Each building within the EVC is comprised of a various number of individually owned commercial condominiums, some of which are owner occupied while others are leased by Tenants from the owner.

By virtue of ownership in any of the eighty-four (84) commercial condominiums comprising the EVC subjects the owner to automatic membership with all the rights, privileges, and obligations as set forth in a number of governing documents controlling the affairs of the Association.
